University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center, in conjunction with the College of Pharmacy at NEOMED, offers a postgraduate year two (PGY2) internal medicine residency program with a focus in academia.
This pharmacy residency opportunity is designed to cultivate health care practitioners and educators by developing:

Residency Overview
Residents will participate in the provision of direct patient care on internal medicine teaching service, a variety of clinical stewardship programs including antimicrobial stewardship and critical care, and an amplitude of teaching and precepting opportunities. An average of one day per week is spent in an academic setting. This allows the resident to develop course directorship, faculty development and academic leadership skills.

Meet the Team
Pharmacy residents report to the residency program director, Dr. Travis Grey, who is responsible for the administration and coordination of all residency programs. Residents also work closely with their residency preceptor.
