Students who are interested in pursuing a career in health care as a pharmacist can become involved in one or more of our educational and enrichment programs. These pre-pharmacy programs are designed for those interested in pharmacy and allows them to learn about these fields and career paths prior to entering NEOMED or entering a career in health care.
College of Pharmacy Discovery days

Pathways to Pharmacy Camp
Pathways to Pharmacy offers work-based learning experiences, personal development workshops, and math and science enrichment activities to learn more about the pharmacy profession. This summer program is designed for sophomores, juniors and seniors in high school.
Pharmacy 101
Designed for high school students, the Pharmacy 101 program is a day-long experience on NEOMED’s campus. Students will get an inside look at pharmacy school and explore the pharmacy profession.
Pre-Pharmacy Bootcamp
Designed for current undergraduate students and high school seniors, the Pre-Pharmacy Bootcamp program is a day-long experience on NEOMED’s campus. Students will get an inside look at pharmacy school and explore the pharmacy profession.
Pre-Pharmacy Bootcamp week
This event is the ideal program for undergraduate college students interested in a career in health care! This program is designed to prepare undergrad students for the professional world.
Pharmacy Tech CE Program
Registered and certified pharmacy technicians will gain three hours/credits continuing education, and learn more about steps needed to pursue a career as a licensed pharmacist.
