Office of the University Registrar
The University Registrar is responsible for student records, class enrollment, graduation degree audits, enrollment reporting to the institution, state and federal agencies.
When to Contact
Student and alumni can contact the registrar for transcript requests, enrollment verifications, degree verifications after graduation, registration questions and to view their student record.
NEOMED students must complete their entire registration process annually within established timelines to be considered enrolled.
Requests for verification of enrollment can be made by email, mail, fax, or in person; all requests must be written. There is no cost to the student for this service.
Transcripts & Diplomas
Request current student or alumni transcripts, student performance evaluations, certified diplomas and replacement diplomas through the Office of the Registrar.
Access start and end dates for standardized coursework in all NEOMED professional programs for the academic year.
University Catalog & Student Handbook
The NEOMED Compass is an official publication of NEOMED and contains policies, regulations, procedures, fees and course catalogs.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) limits the disclosure of information from student “education records”, requires University officials to protect education records, and permits students to inspect their education records.
