Enrollment & Degree Verifications

NEOMED has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Degree verifications include degree information and/or attendance for graduates.  Requests for degree verifications are typically for the following reasons (but not limited to):

  • Potential Employers
  • Background screening firms
  • Colleges
  • Search firms

 

Enrollment verifications include information such as enrollment status and enrollment dates.  Requests for verifications are typically for the following reasons (but not limited to):

  • Deferment from undergraduate school loans
  • Scholarship application
  • Health insurance
  • Auto insurance “Good Student” discounts
  • Military or veteran requirements
  • Purchasing property or automobiles
  • Elective applications
  • Jury duty
  • Research opportunities

 

Current students may submit requests by emailing registrar@neomed.edu from their NEOMED email account.

Graduates with medical or pharmacy board verification forms should submit their form along with the Student Record Request Form to registrar@neomed.edu.  Requests should be submitted with as much advanced notice as possible, as requests may take up to 3-5 business days to complete.
