The Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD) is accredited by the ACPE and the ACCME to provide continuing education credits for physicians and pharmacist. In addition, we have established mechanisms to provide CE credits for a broad spectrum of allied health professionals. In the Fall of 2016, OCPD underwent ACCME reaccreditation and was reaccredited as a provider until July 2021.
We provide joint accreditation for health systems and professional societies in Northeast Ohio and beyond. In the past year, we have provided accreditation for continuing education events organized by institutions such as the Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services; Oriana House and County of Summit ADM Board; University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center; and The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation. Note: this list is not inclusive.
A new endeavor for the OCPD includes event management of continuing education programs. We offer full or partial event management to both internal and external clients. This value added service has provided program management to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center; Oriana House and County of Summit ADM Board; and the Department of Internal Medicine as well as the Office of Palliative Care at NEOMED. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have a need for high-quality, professional event management.
As a University based CE operations, we focus on evidence, innovation, quality, impact, and customer service.
