Population and public health topics under investigation include predictors of access to health care, health disparities, attitudes toward people living in poverty, environmental and occupational health, and social determinants of health. The understanding of epidemiology, biostatistics, public health concepts and issues, health communication and informatics are integral to the population and public health research of our faculty and students.
