The Best Practices in Schizophrenia Treatment (BeST) Center at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is leading the way in advancing clinicians’ skills through training and consultation in recovery-oriented practices. We aim to transform the lives of individuals with schizophrenia by addressing the gap in access to effective treatment. We achieve this by offering tailored training and resources to both individuals and organizations dedicated to supporting those living with schizophrenia.

Psychosis training for professionals
Engaging family systems can improve treatment outcomes with benefits like medicine adherence, reduced hospitalization, and a better quality of life. The first step is engaging family systems is knowing how to communicate with people who experience psychosis about including their trusted care partner in their treatment plan.
