M2 Hardship Transfer: Transfer to NEOMED for your second year (M2) of medical school

In accord with the American Association of Medical College (AAMC) Guidelines for the Consideration of Application for Transfer, NEOMED acknowledges that a medical student has a right to apply for transfer from one medical school to another medical school and will entertain transfer applications into the M2 year.

Generally, the acceptance of transfers should be limited to students who demonstrate compelling circumstances as one of the reasons for their request for transfer. These hardships may include such factors as distance from home creating challenges with family responsibilities and equivalent circumstances, as opposed to academic difficulty.
