This tier includes all colleges, research focus areas, centers and institutes.
Use Of
When necessary, the University logo may be paired with a Tier 2 logo. However, there are times — unit specific, collateral and merchandise design, internal communications, etc. — when the college logo may be used separately. In such cases, the logo use must be approved by the Office of Marketing and Communications. Moreover, the logo must be formatted and placed to maintain brand consistency and a professional appearance.
Logo Placement
The Tier 2 (for unit specific materials) logos should always be placed at the bottom (footer) of any marketing collateral. In the event the collateral includes other copy, urls or additional logos in the footer area, the unit logo must always be on the righthand side and serve as a visual “final thought.”
Iconography
Any use of the unit specific iconography must be approved by the Office of Marketing and Communications.
