NEOMED Alumnus Serves Central Ohioans During COVID-19

Krishna Mannava, M.D. (’00), describes in a recent blog how he dreamt for years about opening his own vascular practice and office-based lab – and how world events intervened.

The Northeast Ohio Medical University alumnus opened the doors to Vive Vascular, where he serves as president and medical director, in Columbus, Ohio, just a few short weeks before the COVID-19 pandemic forced elective procedures throughout the country to be cancelled.

In his post on Protectourdoctors.org, Dr. Mannava discusses what it has been like to open a practice amid COVID-19 safety concerns.
