Overview
Services for students are provided by NEOMED Health Care. Located in the NEW Center near the Wasson Center, the health center provides non-emergency, outpatient healthcare services during normal business hours to NEOMED students and others.
Students can access care from board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and pharmacists. Each healthcare provider is licensed and credentialed by the State Medical Board or Board of Pharmacy of Ohio.

About NEOMED Health Care
NEOMED Health Care is a non-emergency health center serving NEOMED students, faculty, staff and community members in Rootstown and beyond.
As part of Northeast Ohio Medical University, the center provides a wide range of primary and preventive care services, including routine checkups, treatment for common illnesses and chronic conditions, vaccinations, health screenings, behavioral health support, lifestyle counseling, and referrals to specialists when needed.
