Scheduling appointments is quick and convenient. You’ll be seen in person during the time of your appointment.
What to know before your appointment
Before scheduling an appointment, review the following information and guidelines.
- If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
- To schedule an appointment, call 330-325-3202.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
When we are open
Our hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
We observe most federal holidays. We are open between Christmas and New Year’s Day, with some modified hours of operations. Please check with the clinic during these times where the University is on Winter Break.
For urgent medical concerns outside of business hours, please visit a nearby urgent care or emergency facility. The closest emergency room is UH Portage Medical Center at 6847 N Chestnut St., in Ravenna (see on map).
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email containing forms to be completed before your appointment.
We use MyChart
Use our Epic MyChart to manage many parts of your health-care online. Through MyChart, you can review appointments, view test results and access visit information. You can also send secure messages, complete forms and update personal or insurance information.
For enrolled patients:
Acute and same-day appointment available
Care is provided by NEOMED Health Care. NEOMED Health Care does accept same-day appointments for acute visits and other medical needs. Same-day appointments are usually available. Patients can schedule an appointment by calling our appointment line at 330-325-3202.
