Persistent Fatigue and COVID-19

More than half the patients in a COVID-19 research study reported “persistent fatigue” 10 weeks after they first noticed their illness, according to Prevention.

The magazine asked physicians, including Richard Watkins, M.D., an infectious disease physician and professor of internal medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University, to comment on the phenomenon.
