Could Chest Pain be a Sign of COVID-19?

While chest pain isn’t a hallmark COVID-19 symptom on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) official list, doesn’t mean the discomfort should be ruled out.

“Patients ‘sometimes complain of chest pain from coughing,’” Richard Watkins, M.D., an infectious disease physician and professor of internal medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University, tells Prevention readers.
