Online Session for Dementia Care and Support During COVID-19
Join Northeast Ohio Medical University and the Geriatric Resources Ohio Workgroup (GROW) online for “COVID-19: Considerations in Dementia Care and Support,” Wednesday, April 22 from 12:30-2 p.m.
The two organizations will present this topic in response to the special challenges of dementia care during a pandemic. Experts from the Ohio Council for Cognitive Health will share information and discuss strategies to improve overall care.
NEOMED will host the sessions using its Project ECHO (Extensions for Community Health Outcomes) platform. Project ECHO uses video technology to connect clinicians and health professionals with teams of multidisciplinary and interprofessional experts from NEOMED and partner institutions.
