NEOMED Alumnus Elected to State Medical Association

The Ohio State Medical Association Annual Meeting is a time for health care providers to educate each other on upcoming issues, participate in discussions, hold elections and network.

OSMA’s 2019 Annual Meeting, held in Columbus, Ohio, was particularly special for John Bastulli, M.D. (’83).

The Northeast Ohio Medical University clinical assistant professor of surgery was appointed to the OSMA Focused Task Force on State Legislation and elected as Councilor-at-Large to the OSMA Council.

In addition to his roles with OSMA, Dr. Bastulli serves as the vice president of legislative affairs for the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland and Northern Ohio.
