Two Ph.D. candidates in the biomedical sciences partnership program with Kent State University will defend their dissertations at NEOMED in April.
Phaedra Norrell, who conducts research in the lab of Erin Reed, Ph.D., will defend her doctoral dissertation, titled “The Developmental Impact of Sex Hormones on Neurodegenerative Disease Pathogenesis in the 5xFAD Alzheimer’s Mouse Model,” on Friday, April 3, at 1 p.m. in Olson Hall.
