NEOMED Health Care at DeWeese does not directly provide radiology services and uses local radiology services of any needed x-ray imaging or other diagnostic imaging modalities such as ultrasound, CT scans, or MRI. This will be discussed at the time of your visit and patients will be given a choice that is best for them based on their condition and other considerations such as insurance coverage and test availability.
This may include the use of X-ray imaging at the DeWeese Health Center, which is distinct from the NEOMED Health Care at DeWeese.
The Radiology Department provides general radiological services (e.g., X-rays of chest, neck, back, extremities) as ordered by a clinician.
The department is staffed by an Ohio-licensed and ARRT-registered radiologic technologist. A board-certified radiologist views and provides a written report for all X-rays and accepts outside orders for X-rays.
