Scheduling appointments is quick and convenient. You’ll be seen in person during the time of your appointment.

Before scheduling an appointment, it is important to review the following information and guidelines.

• If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
• To schedule an appointment, call 330-672-2322.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Due to privacy concerns, students are asked to schedule their own appointments.

After scheduling your appointment, we will send an email with four forms to be completed before your appointment.

When is the health clinic open?

Our hours:

• Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

We observe most federal holidays. We are open between Christmas and New Year’s Day, with some modified hours during that time.

Counseling services

If you are scheduling an appointment with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), please call 330-672-2487 or visit the Mental Health Resources and Support hub to find the best service for your specific needs or concerns.

Coming soon: Our online patient portal

Use our Epic MyChart to manage many parts of your health care online. Through MyChart, you can review appointments, view test results and access visit information. You can also send secure messages, complete forms and update personal or insurance information.

Walk-ins?

We do accept walk-ins; however, we primarily operate on an appointment-based schedule. Same-day appointments are usually available. Patients can schedule an appointment by calling our appointment line at 330-672-2322.

Eligibility to be seen at NEOMED Health Care at DeWeese

All students, faculty, staff and Kent community members can access the healthcare services provided at NEOMED Health Care at DeWeese.

For intersession eligibility and eligibility for students not currently enrolled during the summer semester, please contact us at 330-672-2232.
