Coverage Period, Premiums & Billing

All required insurance is billed through the accounting office at NEOMED. All charges are due in full at the time of billing. Medical insurance coverage is billed for each semester separately.  Payments may be made online or in person. Accounting office hours: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Dental and Vision insurance is optional coverage and not tracked, billed, or monitored by NEOMED.

Policy Period-Annually

First-year Students

Coverage begins the first day of classes (determined annually) through June 30.

Second through Fourth-year Students

Coverage begins July 1st to June 30th. Coverage for students returning from a leave of absence will begin on the first day of class of the academic year.
