Pick up a blue-light emergency phone or call the University Police at 330.325.5911 or 9-1-1 (dial 9-911 if using a campus phone).
If you notice something unusual or something that causes you concern, call 330.325.5911 at any hour.

RAVEAlert: Emergency Notification System
NEOMED has partnered with RAVEAlert to provide immediate notification – via email, text message and voice message – about emergencies, severe weather, campus closings and other incidents that may impact the University community. Examples include:
- emergency campus closings or delays due to inclement weather
- service interruptions that prevent the conduct of regular business at the University
- crime alerts and crisis communications
Set Up Access to RAVEAlert
NEOMED Students, Faculty and Staff
Everyone with a NEOMED email address is automatically enrolled in the RAVEAlert system to receive email notification, however you must register your mobile phone number(s) to receive text and voice alerts.
To manage the way you receive emergency alerts:
- Visit the NEOMED RAVEAlert system.
- Select ‘Forgot Password’ to set a password for logging in if you have not done so already.
- On the My Account page, add contact information for methods you wish to receive notifications through.
Graduate Assistants

- Click on Register and follow the instructions provided.
- On the My Account page, add contact information for methods you wish to receive notifications through.
