Vaccine Appointments Available for Children Aged 6 Months to 5 Years

NEOvations Pharmacy Services, a clinical initiative of NEOMED, has appointments available for COVID-19 vaccines for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Appointments are being scheduled for administration of the Moderna vaccine from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, June 28.

Appointments for the Pfizer vaccine – available for children aged 6 months to 4 years – are available from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 5.

The clinic is located on the second floor of the NEW Center, 4211 State Route 44 in Rootstown (map).

Appointments must be made online using the secure form.
