Taking Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen

Is there a safe way to take both Advil and Tylenol, for example, after getting a COVID-19 vaccination or in managing symptoms from COVID-19? 

Prevention magazine spoke to experts including Richard Watkins, M.D., an infectious disease physician and professor of internal medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Watkins told Prevention, “It’s best to start by taking just one medication to see if it helps,” and physicians explain how it may be helpful to alternate the medications.
