Taking a Closer Look at the Spread of COVID-19

With the help of a new online tool, researchers can better track how COVID-19 has spread throughout the world.

Cleveland.com interviewed Northeast Ohio Medical University associate professor of molecular virology and cancer biology Angelo DeLucia, Ph.D., who shared his thoughts about how the tool might be developed to show the spread of specific mutations of the virus from city to city – information that could prove useful in travel regulations.
