Recent retiree LuAnne Stockton will lace up her shoes on Saturday, May 20 to walk a 5k in the streets of Cleveland to raise dollars for ALS.
Stockton is walking in memory of Dr. Dinah Fedyna, an alumna, family medicine physician and faculty member here who passed away in February 2021 of ALS.
Stockton recalls Dinah as a brilliant and innovative medical educator and physician.
“She taught me most of what I learned throughout my years in medical education,” Stockton said. “We worked together for many of my years at NEOMED. She was one of the most caring and supportive people I worked with. She was both a colleague and a friend.”
