Script Your Future Team Wins National Award

A team of NEOMED students earned the 2022 Health Disparities Award in the national intercollegiate challenge Script Your Future,  hosted by the National Consumers League.

Led by rising third-year College of Pharmacy students Kavita Saini and Jasmeen Khuban, the team developed a webpage, patient education webinars, and a series of blog posts related to medication adherence. They also participated in outreach events across Northeast Ohio and shared information on the Script Your Future social media pages.

The team logged 300-plus volunteer hours during the course of the campaign and reached more than 12,500 consumers in person and online.
