Safer Travels

As students around the country ponder their travel plans for Thanksgiving, institutions of higher education are making safety recommendations. The Columbus Dispatch reports that at The Ohio State University, “President Kristina M. Johnson has encouraged students to leave before next week, if possible.” She also recommended that students be tested for COVID-19 before traveling.

At Northeast Ohio Medical University, free COVID-19 testing is being provided to the NEOMED community Tuesday, Nov. 17. Free, public testing was made available earlier this month.

NEOMED’s COVID-19 dashboard makes updates available to supplement the University resources and policies posted on the University’s website.
