Rootstown Community Pharmacy Sets Move Date for New Location, Adds Drive-Thru

The Rootstown Community Pharmacy is on the move. Beginning on Monday, May 18, the Pharmacy will be in its new location in the Medical Office Building. The Pharmacy will close early at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 15, in preparation for the move.

The new Rootstown Community Pharmacy location will include a drive-thru for customers to pick up medications and other purchases. It will also have its own entrance directly to the Pharmacy so that customers will no longer need to enter the NEW Center to access the Pharmacy. However, it will still include an entrance from within the NEW Center as well.

Rootstown Community Pharmacy will still maintain its patient-centered set-up that includes private consultation rooms, medications in a separate room, and a pharmacist and support staff front-and-center to provide guidance and answer questions. The Pharmacy is open from 8 – 9 a.m. for elderly and high-risk individuals, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for the general public.
