Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics Named

Mark Wulkan, M.D., has been named a professor of surgery and pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University. A graduate of the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Wulkan became chair of surgery at Akron Children’s Hospital in August.

The Warren Tribune Chronicle reported that Dr. Wulkan formerly served at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the division of pediatric surgery at Emory University.
