Testing will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays except for holidays.

All COVID-19 tests will be walk-in, no appointment needed. There is no out-of-pocket costs for testing. Individuals can expect test results within 24 hours.

Signs will be posted at the main entrance, guiding visitors to the former pharmacy space.

The testing is free and convenient for individuals with or without symptoms. Individuals of any age may be tested, but those under 18 will need the signed consent of a parent or guardian. Mask/Face coverings must be  worn at all times.

To increase COVID-19 testing opportunities for Portage County residents, Portage County Health District applied for and received funding from FEMA.
