Pharmacy Professor Shares Medication Safety Tips

A recent post by Pharmacy Practice News details a medication safety session from the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) 2019 Midyear Clinical Meeting last December, when pharmacists and pharmacists-in-training from around the world gathered in Las Vegas (pre-COVID-19) ASHP’s annual meeting to learn, share research and network.

During one session, pharmacists including Natalie Kuchik, Pharm.D. (’13), a Northeast Ohio Medical University clinical assistant professor of pharmacy practice, shared best practices on a number of patient care solutions to help reduce medication errors.
