NEOMED Alumnus Returns from Deployment

Following an eight-month-long deployment to Kuwait with the U.S. Army Reserve, Northeast Ohio Medical University alumnus J. Cletus Paumier, M.D. (’88), has returned home to Ohio.

Salem News notes that Dr. Paumier, a Lieutenant-Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, most recently served as Command Surgeon for the 416th Theater Engineer Command.

Dr. Paumier is an orthopaedic surgeon affiliated with Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem, Ohio.
