NEOMED Alumnus Named to National Board of Regents

Northeast Ohio Medical University graduate Michael Tan, M.D. (’99), was recently named to the Board of Regents of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Tan, an associate professor of internal medicine at NEOMED, was elected at Internal Medicine Meeting 2019, held in Philadelphia from April 11-13. Dr. Tan most recently served as governor of the American College of Physicians’ Ohio chapter.

The Board of Regents is the main policy-making body of the American College of Physicians, a national organization of internists.
