NEOMED Alumna Named Chief Medical Officer

Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Medicine graduate Anne Shriner, M.D. (’95), has been named as Nash UNC Health Care’s chief medical officer.

Dr. Shriner, an obstetrics and gynecology physician, plans to join the North Carolina health system this fall.

She currently serves as vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer for Wooster Community Hospital in Wooster, Ohio.

Dr. Shriner completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio.
