Forbes Named Chief Academic Officer at ACH

Michael Forbes, M.D., professor and chair of NEOMED’s Department of Pediatrics, has been named chief academic officer at Akron Children’s Hospital (ACH), a new position. Dr. Forbes joined ACH in 2006.

Youngstown’s Business Journal reported that Dr. Forbes will “oversee and align the hospital’s research and medical education strategies.”
