It is time to apply for the Fall 2026 Educational Benefits. Please find the application below. To complete your submission, be sure to include the following:
- A completed application form – https://neomed0.sharepoint.com/humanresources/Shared%20Documents/Benefits/Educational%20Benefits/Educational%20Benefits%20Application%20Current%20-%20Filliable.pdf
- A copy of the student’s class schedule
- A copy of the invoice
Please return the required documents to [email protected] no later than 1 week prior to classes starting in August 2026.
For those completing the Spring 2026 semester: Please note that final grades must be submitted before applying for benefits for the new semester.
