Katie Tunney, College of Medicine, was recognized for her professionalism and adaptability. “Our jobs can be tough at times. But two jobs are certainly tougher! Katie Tunney is deserving of special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism and adaptability during a period of transition. While continuing to perform her own administrative responsibilities at a high level, she willingly stepped in to cover the front reception desk following the vacancy of that position to make sure our students receive a friendly welcome when they visit COM. Her ability to manage competing priorities with grace, accuracy and a positive attitude significantly reduced operational strain and upheld the high standards of our office. This sustained commitment and willingness to go above and beyond exemplify the spirit of teamwork and excellence we value, and her contributions have made a meaningful and lasting impact. Thanks for all you do!”
