We have extended the deadline to complete the Campus Climate Survey to Friday, April 28.
All students who have previously completed the survey and students who complete the survey before the deadline date will be entered into the final two gift card drawings on the final day the survey is open.

Why is the survey important?
Each year, the Ohio Department of Higher Education asks Ohio campuses to administer a Campus Climate Survey. The institutions collect and return the data so that the ODHE can identify statewide progress, track trends and allow campuses to compare themselves with others in Ohio.
The Campus Climate Survey Report provides the state average, by sector, for participating campuses. The 2023 Campus Climate Survey, which asks questions related to personal feelings, perceptions and incidents of sexual harassment and sexual assault is an anonymous survey and responses are not tied to your name or email address. Participation in this survey is voluntary but highly encouraged.
Please note: You are not required to answer all questions; you may skip certain questions or mark “Prefer not to answer” on others.
For 2023, NEOMED was selected to participate in an initiative called Taking Bold Action, in which student voices will be highlighted in additional categories and further analysis of the research will be done by the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Topics in Taking Bold Action include your sense of belonging and feelings around safety, related to NEOMED and the surrounding community.
For students only: Participation in this survey will enter you into a drawing for four different prizes. Please follow the instructions on the final page of the survey to access the prize entry site – it is a separate site so that your initial responses remain anonymous. Per NEOMED’s policy on prizes, tax forms will need to be filled out.
