What can the Learning Center do for you?

• Do you need specific, evidence-based advice to develop your study plan?
• Has the adjustment to professional school been difficult for you, academically?
• Do you feel like things are going well, but you want to make sure that you are doing everything you can to maximize the effectiveness of your study time?

Our Learning Center staff members are experienced learning specialists who can provide assistance with the following support services to our NEOMED students:

• Accountability meetings to develop and sustain your study plan
• Grade projections of your current courses
• Learning strategies for higher order learning
• Access to available tutoring and Second Language Learner (SLL) services
• A robust Canvas site that provides students with the ability to access learning support resources.
  • Only current, enrolled students are able to access our Canvas site and respective resources.

Location & Appointment Scheduling

LOCATION:

• Our office is located in suite A-200, in the NEOMED Library, next to the Writing Center.

SERVICES:

• All services are provided at no additional cost for students enrolled or on a leave of absence from NEOMED.
