The Northeast Ohio Health Care Transformation Forum is a premier regional event that brings together health care professionals, clinicians, educators, public health leaders, and system partners to advance meaningful, actionable change across Northeast Ohio’s health care ecosystem. This year’s theme is Transforming the Future of Health Care Together!, reinforcing our belief that radical collaboration will always lead to transformative and sustainable change.
Hosted by Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), the Forum serves as a neutral, trusted space for cross-sector collaboration—connecting strategy, quality improvement, innovation, and leadership to contribute to the ideas that will drive change across Northeast Ohio. This event stands alone as an immersive day of engaging conversations, hands-on sessions, and opportunities to collaborate across systems, disciplines, and experiences. Event focus areas include:

Rising Leader in Health Care Transformation Award
The Rising Leader in Health Care Transformation Award recognizes a non-executive health care professional or small team who demonstrates exceptional leadership potential through action, initiative, and collaboration. This award was established in memory of Michael T. Warner, a former systems engineer at University Hospitals who truly embodied and shared his passion for improving health care in Northeast Ohio through big-thinking, education, and a human-centered approach in all he did. The award seeks to commemorate his career and award other with a similar zeal for improving health care systems.
This award honors individuals or small teams who proactively bring people together, spark innovation, and drive meaningful transformation in healthcare—often beyond the formal scope of their role. Recipients exemplify motivation, influence, and a commitment to improving quality, safety, experience, and systems of care through collaborative leadership.
