On-Call Crisis Services
NEOMED is committed to helping students in crisis 24 hours a day when school is in session. Students who are in crisis and in need of a personal intervention outside of regular office hours should call 216.903.7873 and leave a message, including their full name and phone number. A clinical counselor will return your call within 15 minutes.

What is an urgent crisis?

- unable to stop crying
- thoughts of hurting oneself or other people
- have not eaten in a few days (not due to illness)
- have not slept in a few days (not due to illness)
- unable to go to classes (not due to illness)
- recent victim of sexual assault
