The Scoop on COVID-19 Vaccination Cards

Everyone’s looking for COVID-19 vaccination information. One part of the process will be vaccination cards — actual paper cards that people will receive to keep track of their treatment and to remind them  when to get their second dose, which is an important step. 

Prevention spoke to experts who are coordinating the COVID-19 vaccination process and to health care providers, including  Richard Watkins, M.D., an infectious disease physician and professor of internal medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Dr. Watkins told Prevention, “the cards might be especially useful for workers that interact with the public and vulnerable populations frequently, like health care providers, restaurant servers, and teachers.”
