CBS Mornings Highlights NEOMED Grad Carl Allamby

NEOMED College of Medicine alumnus Carl Allamby, M.D. (‘19), recently shared his inspirational story with CBS Mornings’ Steve Hartman. On “Kindness 101,” Dr. Allamby illustrated the concept of determination, speaking with Hartman, his daughter and her brother.

Dr. Allamby has been featured on outlets from National Public Radio to Reader’s Digest, sharing his story of how he made his dream of becoming a doctor come true at age 47, after establishing his own auto repair shop in East Cleveland, Ohio. He currently is a resident at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital in Ohio.
