With activities planned for the month of October, including community wellness screenings, the Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Pharmacy kicked off American Pharmacists Month on October 1.

The month-long observation is a national effort to bring awareness to the profession of pharmacy and to highlight the importance of talking with pharmacists about medications as an integral part of the health care team.

Whether you’re interested in pharmacy, studying to become a pharmacist or currently practicing as a pharmacist, you can join the College of Pharmacy in celebrating the profession this month.
