Match Results Announced for 134 College of Medicine students

In all, 134 Northeast Ohio Medical University College of Medicine students matched for residencies at institutions near and far through the 2020 National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). National Match Day is held the third Friday of March each year.

Northeast Ohio residencies include Summa Health and Children’s Hospital in Akron, Cleveland Clinic (in Cleveland and Akron), Aultman Hospital in Canton, St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, and MetroHealth Medical Center and Case Western/University Hospitals in Cleveland.

NEOMED students will go forth nationally for rotations at such locations as Emory University in Atlanta; UPMC in Pittsburgh; Baylor College of Medicine in Houston; Rutgers/R.W. Johnson Medical School in New Jersey; Beaumont Health in Royal Oak, Michigan; Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island; the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus; the Naval Medical Center in San Diego; Kaiser Permanente Hawaii; SUNY HSC in Brooklyn, New York; George Washington University and ; Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C.; Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois; Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota; the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts; Montefiore Medical Center/Einstein-NY in Bronx, New York; the University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City; the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor; the University of Chicago Medical Center; and University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
