College of Pharmacy Student Featured at Cleveland International Film Festival

One Northeast Ohio Medical University student is stepping into the spotlight.

Ikenna (John) Ogwuegbu, a first-year College of Pharmacy student, was recently featured in the Cleveland International Film Festival’s opening night trailer.

Ogwuegbu was selected to be featured in a photo shoot and advertisement for this year’s festival, which runs through April 7.

You can find him on banners and other materials throughout Terminal Tower in Cleveland, as well at 0:26 in the opening night trailer.

Erin Burrier, a second-year College of Medicine student, is also connected with this year’s CIFF. She will be a panelist in a City Club/Cleveland International Film Festival 43 FilmForum discussion following the April 5 screening of a film called The Providers.
