The strategic planning process has been just that – a process. With input from hundreds of faculty, staff, students, clinical partners and community members, NEOMED’s 2020-2025 Strategic Plan: Creating Transformational Leaders was created and continues to have impact across the University. The Annual Impact Report features stories from our six pillars, key facts about our progress, and a high-level look at the 42 strategic initiatives.
A sincere thank you to the individuals who have contributed to the planning, implementation and execution of NEOMED’s strategic plan. While there have been many early successes already, NEOMED is just getting started.
