Bio

Stefanie Lehmier, Pharm.D., BCPS, is an assistant professor at the NEOMED College of Pharmacy.

Additionally, she serves as a clinical pharmacist in the Ambulatory Care setting at Summa Health Family Medicine Center, where she assists in chronic disease state management and transitions of care in the outpatient and inpatient settings.

She earned her PharmD degree from Roosevelt University College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Lehmier expanded her clinical knowledge by pursuing a PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency. Her pharmacy practice PGY-1 residency was completed at Ingalls Memorial Hospital located in the Chicagoland area. She went on to receive specialty training by completing a PGY-2 Internal Medicine/Academia residency at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center and Northeast Ohio Medical University.


Area of Expertise/Research Interests

Dr. Lehmier is interested in studying the scholarship of teaching and learning including topics in interprofessional education, student and resident education, and gamification in the classroom. Additionally, Dr. Lehmier is interested in personal and professional development, quality improvement and patient safety, and health care innovation.
