Bio

I grew up in Cleveland Heights Ohio and graduated from Cleveland Heights High School. I have always been most interested in why people develop the way they do.I just continued to follow my interest through my education.

Area of Expertise/Research Interests

My area of greatest interest has been early development-Infant Psychiatry. I had my first child at the end of my residency and completed my fellowship part time at the end of which I had my second child. For family reasons relocated to Youngstown Ohio for my children to know their grandparents. I have always been most interested in a holistic approach and participated in training in the early 2000’s as the biochemical underpinnings of autism were being investigated and elaborated along with the development of biomedical interventions. Though I do utilize standard psychiatric medication my specialization in in a more holistic treatment approach as well as the understanding and treatment of Sensory Processing Disorders along the continuum of severity .
