A summary of the first set of workshops offered by our office.
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a globally practiced process improvement methodology that is becoming standard practice across health care administration and higher education. LSS practitioners share a common vocabulary, project tools, and conceptual process improvement framework that unite them around the pursuit of continuous quality improvement, process efficiency and effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. At NEOMED, many of our faculty, staff, and students have been trained at some level in LSS and are the drivers of quality improvement at the University!
